Book An AppointmentI qualified in 1998 with a dual degree in Speech Therapy and Audiology from the University of Stellenbosch. I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
I started my professional career in private practice in Somerset West, Paarl and Stellenbosch, where I learned the importance of teamwork and the joy of helping patients enhance their hearing and communication with loved ones.
I then spent six years with one of the largest hearing aid companies as their Specialist Corporate Audiologist, training audiologists across South Africa and assisting with difficult and complex hearing aid fittings.
In 2012 I joined a partner in Durbanville and remained in private practice until 2021, when I had the opportunity to return to Worcester, where I spent a happy few years as a child.
Over the years, I have been privileged to see hearing aid technology develop from basic amplifiers to advanced computer technology that helps people reconnect with their world and their families.
Hearing and helping patients is my passion. After seeing my grandfather struggle with hearing loss and the difficulties he experienced with communication, I understand the sadness that can arise when families become disconnected. Modern hearing technology gives us the opportunity to help re-establish those important connections.

My name is Reinette, and I am the Practice Manager. I grew up in Worcester and recently joined the team. I have thoroughly enjoyed becoming part of a practice dedicated to improving the lives of others through better hearing.
As a mother of two wonderful daughters, I understand the importance of connection, communication and supporting the people who matter most. These values carry through into my professional life, where I strive to provide efficient, friendly and reliable support to both our team and our patients.
Although I have been with the practice for only a few months, I have already seen the positive impact that hearing care can have on individuals and their families. It is rewarding to be part of a team that helps people stay connected to their loved ones and participate more fully in everyday life.
I take pride in ensuring that the financial and administrative side of the practice runs smoothly, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
I am excited to continue growing with the team and contributing to the excellent care our patients receive.
